The 21st April 2023 notice of election starts the process.
The 5th April 2023 confirms that a number of legally required steps have been completed, and Parish Councils assist the elections process by publishing their own notices, as well as those RBWM Ward Council details for those elections. Our Parish sits entirely within the RBWM ward of ‘Hurley and the Walthams’.
The number of nominations to the two wards of Hurley (‘North’ and ‘South’) did not exceed the number of vacancies, so we have an uncontested election. The Councillors will be free to co-opt Councillors as they choose in late Spring/early Summer.
